Why Our Chess Club?
-
Students learn directly from an experienced chess instructor through engaging, interactive lessons with real-time guidance, demonstrations, and personalized feedback.
-
Classes are intentionally limited to 10 students, giving every child opportunities to participate, ask questions, receive individual attention, and learn alongside other young players.
-
Student progress is monitored through games, puzzles, activities, and skill development, helping us identify strengths, target areas for improvement, and continuously adapt instruction.
-
Chess becomes a powerful tool for strengthening executive function skills like focus, planning, working memory, self-control, and flexible thinking—while also developing patience, problem-solving, critical thinking, and confident decision-making.
-
No drop-offs, pickups, or commutes. Students can learn and play chess from the comfort of home, making high-quality instruction easier to fit into your family’s schedule.

How long should my child stay enrolled?
We recommend students spend about 6 months at each class level to build confidence, strengthen their skills, and get plenty of practice before moving up.
Every child progresses differently, so advancement is ultimately based on skill and readiness—not just time.
Every child progresses at a different pace, so advancement isn’t based on time alone. We’ll consider each student’s skill development, gameplay, participation, and overall readiness before recommending the next level.
Our goal isn’t to rush students through levels—it’s to make sure they’re confident, prepared, and ready to succeed when they move forward.
